| This complex multi-level PM part is compacted to tight GD&T call outs from sinter hardened material. The secondary machining steps are held to +/- .00025 tolerance. We enjoy the challenge! |
| We produce this net shape PM part with no secondary machining steps. It has some tight true position requirements and the 5/8 diameter hole has a total tolerance of .0008 in. The part is then steam treated for surface finish and hardness. |
| This net shape Bevel Gear is compacted holding the ID of the spline bore to a total tolerance of .003. It is then copper infiltrated and sinter hardened to a 31 HRC. |
